History of Wine: Perfect for the intellectually curious looking to learn more about wine’s deep origins in cultures across the globe. We’ll start thousands of years back with the invention of viniculture and follow this fruit to modern times through a series of carefully selected tastings.

Tannin and Taste: The right class for anyone who orders the boldest wine on every menu. We’ll skip over the ones you’ve heard of and dive deep into the most tannic varietals in the world.

50 Shades of Grape: You likely know about white vs red, but that doesn’t even begin to cover the types of wine out there. We’ll talk about all the rest: Rose, Orange, Blanc de Blanc, Romato, Rosato and more.
